What are the capabilities of the Collector Monitoring feature in Kollect Applications Suite?
Kollect Applications Suite has a Collector Monitoring tool that provides Collections Managers the capability to perform live monitoring of the Collectors working on Customer Accounts by having access to the screens on the Collector’s desktop. At any one time, the Collections Manager has the option to view multiple Collectors’ screen on his/her own desktop. Moreover, the Collections Manager also has the capability to gain control of the Collector’s desktop system and push appropriate pages to be viewed by the Collector on the Collector’s desktop.

The Collector Monitoring tool also incorporates chatting capability, which allows the Collections Manager to communicate with Collectors over the organization’s Local Area Network.
