How does Kollect Applications Suite support Skip Tracing?
The Skip Tracing Manager in Kollect Applications Suite will allow the Collections Department to interface to a Central Database (internal or external) that will enable them to locate debtors.
This online interfacing feature is made possible via Kollect Applications Suite Connectors, which supports a full range of data management services to import and export information.
Generally, a Collections department or Outside Collections Agency (OCA) is divided into 3 divisions:
(i) Outbound Call
(ii) Inbound Call
(iii) Skip Tracing
Based on configurable ranking rules, the Skip Tracing Manager shall produce the list of Customer Accounts whose addresses and contact details have been exhausted by Outbound and Inbound Call collectors and are no longer valid in the organization or Outside Collections Agency collections database. The list shall be assigned to the Skip Tracing Collectors to proceed with locating and updating the current Customer Account details that the Collector has.
The Skip Tracing Managerís configurable ranking rules use an available Customer Account holderís name, address, phone number or Personal Id Number to obtain the current contact details of Customer Account.
