What is Skip Tracing?
Skip Tracing is the specialized process of trying to locate hard-to-find Customers who have been delinquent in their payments. Some of these missing Customers may have intended to defraud by moving away; others could be due to an inadvertent mix-up in name or address. These skip Customer Accounts are Accounts which still have unpaid balances and the organization has yet to receive payment from the overlooked Customer Accounts.
