How does Kollect Applications Suite support service reactivation and deactivation?
Kollect Applications Suite’s Connectors enable the real-time interfacing with a Telco’s Exchange system. Based on the processing of delinquent Customer Accounts or payment receivables and reconciliation, Kollect Applications Suite is able to send real-time updates to the Exchange system to deactivate the services for a bulk of Customer Accounts, or to reactivate service for Customer Accounts whereby the Customers have already made payment.
