If an organization interfaces with external entities for outsourcing of collections activities, how does Kollect Applications Suite support organization in terms of sending Customer Accounts information to the external entities?
Kollect Data Access Server provides the interfacing capability to external entities, for example the Skip Tracing Agencies, Outside Collection Agencies and Bulk Printers, in order to send and receive the latest Customer Accounts information to process and perform the necessary treatment actions.

Kollect Applications Suite is capable of providing online batch updates, batch file updates as well as real-time updates of information between the external entities and Kollect Applications Suite’s own data repository.
