What is a Treatment Stream Strategy?
A Treatment Stream Strategy is a predefined set of actions to perform, by the
system or the Collector on a Delinquent Customer Account for revenue recovery.
The Treatment Stream Strategy varies on the severity of the delinquency. Some
of the various types of treatment are:

  • Payment Plans

  • Waiver

  • Dispute

  • Legal

  • Hold

  • Place A Call

  • SMS

  • E-Mail

  • Scheduled Appointments

  • Send letter


For example, a Customer who has already made 3 Broken Promises will be subjected
to a harsher Treatment Stream Plan. Referring to the diagram above, the Customer
shall be placed in the category of Special Activities Treatment Stream Plan
for revenue recovery proceedings.
